Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that:

  • are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g. custom-made or individual commissioned products)
